Bam Marguera has another crisis on his plate in addition to recently running away from rehab — although they’re related — we’ve learned that a split from his wife played a big part in his decision to leave the facility.
Bam rep tells TMZ… he and his wife Nikki Boyd broke up a few weeks ago. Since then, he has not been able to reach her or see his son, Phoenix Wolf. We are told she did not return any of Bam’s calls or texts and was absent from her recovery process.

Due to the separation, Bam was staying in a sober house when he made his unauthorized discharge from rehab. We’re told he hung on for a while, but after not hearing from Nikki or her son for 2 weeks… he showed poor judgment and left the center treatment.
We’ve also been told that the establishment doesn’t give it special celebrity treatment – which isn’t a bad thing, but in the past others have, which also triggered it. .
TMZ broke the story…the ‘Jackass’ star was missing in action Monday after he left FL rehab, and the cops went to get him.
When they found him on Wednesday, an emergency response team drove to a hotel in Delray Beach and brought him back to treatment. He learned that Nikki had taken Phoenix out of Florida without telling him and voluntarily resumed treatment.
Last year, Nikki filed documents in Los Angeles ask for full custody of their son, allowing Bam supervised visits.
We got pictures of Bam on Tuesday night at a few bars near his hotel. We were told he had been off his medication for several days and his team feared he might relapse.
The good news is that he has resumed treatment.
