Azealia Banks Sued by Ex-Manager Over Threats, Extortion

Jeff Kwatinetz Banks goes on to say that she is urging her fans to help her with what he claims is a “coordinated campaign of extortion”. The former manager claims Banks has been harassing him for some time, but recently crossed the line by threatening his family for what she claims are unpaid royalties.
In the documentation, obtained by TMZ, Jeff says he signed Banks in October 2014 for his debut album “Broke with Expensive Taste” – but Jeff abandoned her in 2015 for her erratic behavior and refusal to promote her album.
Jeff, who runs the management agency Prospect Park and co-founded the BIG3 League with Ice Cube – claims Banks has been unleashed on social media since June against him and the agency. He calls her the “declamations of a madwoman” … but adds that the diatribes are becoming seriously threatening.
He claims Banks posted YouTube videos and other social media posts in which she threatened her family’s lives … as well as photos of herself outside her home in Los Angeles. . He sees all of the posts as his attempt to get fans to stand up for his cause.
In the chase, Jeff says Banks owes no dough, but thinks she will use any means to get what she claims she owes. He is suing for unspecified damages and wants an order removing him and his family.
