Ashton Kutcher Burns His Original Art for Futuristic Charity Auction
Ashton kutcher set one of his doodles on fire, but not because he’s a frustrated artist going back to the drawing board … quite the opposite, and it’s for charity.
Of course, the star of “The Ranch” and “That ’70s Show” is known to be a techie, and he’s now involved in new crypto-technology that creates digital collectibles that can’t be tampered with or destroyed. .. a platform called Cryptographer.
Ashton demonstrates the concept by igniting his original, hand-drawn artwork, but noting that he took the only digital photo of it and added it to the cryptographer … thus immortalizing his doodle forever.
So now kinda like an original Picasso or Van Gogh exhibited in a fine art museum, an original Kutcher up for grabs the blockchain platform … and the proceeds will go to a good cause.
The money for Ashton’s doodle will benefit Global Wildlife Conservation and Oxygen Seven, which aims to reforest the planet.
The actor’s doodle auction starts Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. PT and runs for 3 days … so do it while it’s hot.
Our sincere thanks to
