Antonio Brown Retiring From NFL Again, ‘Risk Is Greater Than Reward’
Antonio brown just announced that its playing days are over – again – with the free agent catcher saying, “at this point the risk is greater than the reward.”
Remember, AB threatened to retire in September … after being released by the New England Patriots amid a myriad of issues off the court, including a sexual assault investigation.
Now … the Pro Bowler 7 times is sing a similar tune, saying he’s putting the game behind him for good.
“Is it time to go, I have done everything in the game? !!” AB tweeted on Monday.
“Thank you to everyone who was a part of this trip, I sincerely thank you for everything! Life goes on 84!”
“I came I saw I conquered the complete mission Call God 🤙🏾”
Of course, AB was traded to Oakland Raiders after 9 drama-filled seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers … but was released before the start of the 2019 season.
Brown was picked up by the Pats for a match … scoring 1 touchdown.
AB had been work like a maniac to come back to the league – train with guys like Russell wilson and Lamar jackson this summer – and one of his practice QBs even told us last week that he had been “intensification of training“in anticipation of the signing soon.
If it’s really over, AB will end his career with 841 receptions, over 11,000 yards and 75 touchdowns.
Our sincere thanks to
