Alliance Bank Introduces Digital Instant Banking Solution
Alliance Bank today launched its fully digital banking solution.
Joel Kornreich, CEO of Alliance Bank Malaysia Group, said this new digital banking option would provide its customers with more options, flexibility and convenience.
“Due to the current situation, we have seen a rapid adoption of digital channels by consumers who prefer to minimize physical exposure for safety reasons.
“We are fully aware of this, and the instant digital account opening service and the application for credit facilities such as credit cards and personal loans are examples of rapid response to the needs of our clients,” a- he said today in a statement.
Their online banking system is powered by Know Your Customer (e-KYC) electronic identity verification technology provided in partnership with CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd.
Alliance Bank customers can now perform the following remote banking services on their mobile phone:
- Open a backup account
- Apply for a credit card
- Apply for a personal loan
However, customers can still request remote assistance by clicking a button provided during the process of opening a digital account or applying for credit.
Alliance Bank invites its clients to apply online for this service via www.alliancebank.com.my/savespendborrow.
The first 200 clients who apply online will be eligible for special interest rates and cash back on savings accounts, credit cards and personal loans. This promotion is based on the principle of first come, first served.
