AEW Star Jeff Hardy was arrested again TMZ Sports confirmed.
Jail records show he was booked into Volusia County, Florida on Monday morning … and taken for a photo ID.
Details surrounding the specific allegations against Hardy are unclear … but court records show he was charged with felony DUI, misdemeanor violating driver’s license restrictions, as well as misdemeanor driving while license was cancelled, suspended or revoked.
Records show he is due in court on Tuesday for a hearing on the matter.
This is the third time since 2018 that Hardy has been charged with driving under the influence. In March 2018, he was accused of DWI in North Carolina after being in a car accident. It was again arrested for DWI in North Carolina in October 2019.

In the months following the 2019 arrest, Hardy admitted he had problems drug addicts on the “After The Bell” podcast with Corey Graves … saying on the show that he was receiving professional help.
Hardy had to wrestle with his brother, Matt Hardy, on AEW Dynamite later this week. It is not known if this match will continue.
