Aaron Judge’s Girlfriend Cuts Deal With Prosecutors, Pleads Guilty To DUI
Judge AaronGirlfriend just made a deal with prosecutors and pleaded guilty to DUI, TMZ Sports learned … 8 months after denouncing the star of the New York Yankees during an arrest in Arizona.
You will remember … Samantha Bracksieck – who has had an intermittent relationship with the judge for years – was pulled over in Scottsdale on February 25 after cops said she was driving with the headlights off.
During the stop … police video showed Bracksieck admitted to a cop that she drank wine at Mastro’s Steakhouse before getting behind the wheel.
When officers finally slapped her for alleged drunk driving … that’s when she became unmoved – and finally brought the judge to officers.
“Do you know who my boyfriend is ?!” Samantha said at one point during the arrest, before later telling another cop, “My boyfriend is not in a place I should be, like this is happening.”
Samantha added during the shutdown, “He’s like a public figure. So like, being stopped for, like, having two glasses of wine, that’s not OK.”
Although she brought the MLB superstar into the situation … law enforcement still ended up hitting Bracksieck with 5 counts, including extreme DUI – which is classified as a rate blood alcohol level 0.15 to 0.19.
But, court records show Bracksieck reached a deal with prosecutors on Wednesday … agreeing to plead guilty to DUI.
In return, prosecutors agreed to drop the rest of the charges, including the extreme DUI tally.
According to court documents, Bracksieck was sentenced to 10 days in prison, although 9 days were suspended and she was credited with one day for time served. So, she won’t have any extra time behind bars if she keeps her nose clean.
Bracksieck was also ordered to attend an alcohol abuse screening and complete all treatment recommendations. She was also ordered to pay more than $ 2,000 in fines and costs.
We’ve reached out to the Yankees for comment, but so far no word of response.
Our sincere thanks to
